This is a non-smoking household. Smoking, vaping, e-cigs, candles, incense, and other fire hazards are strictly prohibited anywhere on the property. Penalty is loss of deposits, or eviction, or both.

The house is pre-leased in spring for an 11-1/2 month lease term starting September 1st and ending August 15th the following year.

Every potential resident over the age of 18 must submit their own application package.

The owner/manager will only accept and process COMPLETE application packages. Group applications will only be processed after every member of the group submits their individual application. Incomplete applications with blank or missing information, missing documents, or non-payment, will not be processed.

If you are a student, please provide:

  • A complete application
  • A photocopied, government issued, picture ID
  • A $40 non-refundable application fee
  • A Copy of your College transcripts
  • (Students moving out of the UW dorms should also provide a copy of the Housing and Food Services "Statement of Account")
  • Working adults --- please provide your three most recent pay stubs and three most recent bank statements. Any other documents that substantiate one's income and ability to pay the rent

References, including a credit report, will be checked and verified. Criteria for application approval include:

  • sufficient income
  • favorable rental history
  • favorable credit history
  • NO Bankruptcies
